Q : Are you an Association Management Company (AMC)?
A : We are an Administrative Services Management Company (ASMC).
We differ from an AMC in that we do not have a centrally located office that serves as your association’s headquarters with a phone receptionist. If your association requires these, we can assist you in securing them; if it does not, then we can perform other administrative functions at a substantially reduced cost, saving you precious resources. Q : How can we request your services?
A : Please contact us at our business email address and generally describe the services you are inquiring about and the best time to reach you. We will follow up with a phone call for the clarification that both parties need to begin assisting you, which may include an assessment if requested. From there, we will present a proposal that includes the scope of work, and estimated cost. Parties need to agree on time frame, milestones, and the updating process.
If both parties are satisfied, and the proposal is suitable to meet your goals, we will move forward with a written agreement.
Q : What is the cost/fee for Services?
A : As one of our hallmarks is our flexibility, we have several options to meet your goals. Together we will determine which is best for your organization:
- Hourly Rate – for projects and services on an “as needed” basis. Also a great option for a trial basis.
- Monthly Subscription Plan – this can reduce your rate/fee based on a commitment of hours that recur monthly.
- Set Fee – we outline a plan with specific services and a set fee.
Q : What are your qualifications?
A: Our CEO is a college graduate with years of high level Executive experience in the industry, and holds the coveted Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation and is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP).
Our Project Manager is also a college graduate and holds multiple designations.

A : Yes!! We provide non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
Q : Are you insured?
A: We assure you we are…and will provide to you a certificate of insurance (COI) verifying the coverage.
